MONEY TIP: Live within your means and NEVER APOLOGIZE! As we head into the holiday season of gift giving the greatest gift we could give our wallets is to set a budget for essential gifts that's within our means and stick to it. Click the video below to hear the tip straight from Julia's mouth ;)
